Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Trendsaddict, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for eligible orders. Please read the following COD Policy before placing a COD order on our website.

1. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, locations, and orders.

COD availability may vary depending on your delivery address, order value, product availability, and other applicable factors.

2. Placing a COD Order

When placing a COD order, you must provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information, including your name, phone number, and shipping address.

By placing a COD order, you confirm that you intend to purchase the products and agree to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

3. Payment at Delivery

For COD orders, the total payable amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that you have the required amount available when your order is delivered.

4. Order Confirmation

To prevent fraudulent or incorrect orders, Trendsaddict may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

If we are unable to confirm the order or the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, we may cancel the order.

5. Order Cancellation

You may contact us to request cancellation of a COD order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner may make multiple delivery attempts according to their standard delivery procedures.

Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the order and make the required payment.

If the order cannot be delivered after the applicable delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

No refunds are available. Only eligible replacements are provided.

For an approved replacement:

  • You must first courier the product back to our address at your own courier/shipping expense.

  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect and verify it.

  • After successful verification, we will send the replacement product to you.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. Without a valid unboxing video, the replacement request may not be accepted.

The replacement policy is available for 7 days only from the date of delivery.

8. COD Order Refusal

Customers are requested not to refuse a COD order without a valid reason after placing the order.

Frequent order refusals, fake orders, or misuse of the COD facility may result in restrictions or removal of COD availability for future orders.

9. Changes to COD Policy

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the COD facility or this COD Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
